The Partners

Salcheto is a partnership that includes two Italians and one Israeli-American. Each partner is in his 30s and has an area of professional specialization that serves the winery in a unique manner.

Michele Manelli has been making wine for 13 years at Salcheto, where he has developed a profound connection to the land. Prior to coming to Salcheto, he worked in the food industry as a restaurateur.

Ron Prashker is a lawyer with a business and marketing background. He also has long had an interest in wine and studied wine at several wine schools in California and New York. In addition to working on-site at the winery, Ron is also in charge of sales for North America and Israel.

Luca De Feo brings financial and private equity skills to the table. In addition to his interest in Salcheto, the wine aficionado is managing director of a private investment group.
