Salco 2004 is here! Featuring labels by Filmmaker Michel GondryMay 27, 2010 Salcheto Winery of Montepulciano (Si) is proud to introduce the 2004 Salco Evoluzione, cornerstone of the winery, which carries a label and signature featuring the eclectic spirit of Visual Artist and Filmmaker Michel Gondry. Salco is a Vino Nobile, born on the vine of a small plot of land of 2 hectares (approximately 5 acres), where only Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese of Montepulciano) grows. The name “Evoluzione” is the foundation to understand the inspiring ideals of our company’s ethos. We continuously research the balance of the vineyard, and thanks to the “aging” that time provides, the refining in the bottle (total of 4 years at the winery), and the personal and professional growth of our inspired men and women who drive this journey in the fields. Therefore, this label fully represents who we are. |
